Would you like to start a new club on campus?
Do you have an idea for a club? All you need is a group of interested students, a teacher who’s up for being the advisor, and something you’re all excited about doing! Your teacher advisor can pick up a NEW CLUB APPLICATION from the ASB advisor. (Mrs. Bronson or Mrs. Scheffel)
So you want to start a club; GREAT! There's no deadline; you can start a club anytime.
- Every club must submit an Application and Constitution each year, even if this is a continuing club from last year. (We require the Application and a Constitution for all Clubs.)
- If your club plans to fundraise or spend money, you must achieve ASB Sanctioned Club Status by creating a Budget Form and keeping Monthly Meeting notes.
Here is the Club approval process
- Get at least 6 students and one teacher. Pick up a New Club Application from the ASB Advisor (Mrs. Bronson/Mrs. Scheffel)
- Submit a New Club Application to the ASB Advisor for approval.
- Once you are approved, you will receive a Club Constitution. Fill it out and your teacher sponsor keeps it in a safe place. (ASB Sanctioned Clubs need Budget form approved also)
- Advertise! Make a few posters to let students know about your new club.
- Have fun! Thanks for starting a club at Madison Middle School
