Proof of Address List

Acceptable documents for residency verification include:

  • property tax payment receipts
  • rental property contract
  • lease or payment receipts
  • utility service contract
  • statement or payment receipts
  • pay stubs
  • voter registration
  • correspondence from a government agency
  • declaration of residency

for the 2017-2018 school year.

An active Parent Portal account is required to complete re-registration process. Parent Portal is a useful tool for parents to stay informed and engaged in their child’s education. It gives parents access to view their student's attendance, grades, test scores, classroom assignments and the capability to update contact information.
