ALL 7th grade students there is a TDAP Whooping Cough Booster Requirement. Proof of immunization must be submitted for enrollment.

Proof of Address List

Acceptable documents for residency verification include:

  • property tax payment receipts
  • rental property contract
  • lease or payment receipts
  • utility service contract
  • statement or payment receipts
  • pay stubs
  • voter registration
  • correspondence from a government agency
  • declaration of residency

Re-registration will open JULY 11, 2016
for the 2016-2017 school year.

It gives parents access to view their student's attendance, grades, test scores, classroom assignments and the capability to update contact information.

  1. Go to mms.vistausd.org
  2. Go to Parent Portal by clicking HERE
  3. Login to Parent Portal
  4. Click on the Student Info Tab
  5. Click Data Confirmation - Step by step instructions for data confirmation HERE
  6. PRINT and SIGN required forms, bring signed registration forms on your scheduled registration day

Required Documents to Complete Registration

  • Student Emergency Card - signed & dated
  • Acknowledgement of Handbook - signed & dated
